Ben Crosbie, CEO/Founder

ZOR411 Founder and CEO Ben Crosbie is an accomplished entrepreneur and franchisor with more than 20 years of experience in and a lifetime of passion for the health and personal care industries. His experience and knowledge in both real estate and business consulting have been essential in his work to develop and lead health and wellness franchises.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Kinesiology, Ben began his career as a personal trainer in Boston, MA. In 2006, through the feedback he received from the network of clients and fitness enthusiasts that he developed, he was inspired to create his first business, Equilibrium, a high-end fitness center, full-service spa, and cafe which he grew to three locations. Ben gained even further knowledge in health and fitness franchise development in 2014 when he secured the global rights to TapouT brand. With this brand, he founded and developed the popular martial-arts-infused fitness business, TapouT Fitness. His vision and foresight for the brand led the company to sell over 500 franchise locations in 11 countries. During this endeavor he brought on the complete operational team to lead, develop and continue the growth of the company which he exited through. During his five years with TapouT Fitness (2014–2019), he held the positions of CEO, CDO and Vice Chairman alike.

In his most recent role as Chief Development Officer for DRIPBaR, Ben’s passion for and expertise in the health and wellness industries has helped DRIPBaR optimize its core competencies, driving the company forward as a market leader in an emerging industry. His ongoing focus is to continually support the team and its franchisees’ mission to produce optimal outcomes for their clients by maintaining a focused level of professionalism in a modern yet medical platform.

Ben founded ZOR411 as a franchise development and sales company. The company’s goal is to take a vested approach to Love, Learn, and Live Your Business. Starting by defining the Goal, Focus, and Plan, all of which are essential to grow the franchise system.

When he is not working, Ben enjoys time with his family, travel, coaching baseball for and with his son Gavin, and looking for the next big opportunity!

Candace Byrnes, CDO

Candace Byrnes, CFE is an accomplished Franchise Sales and Business Development Executive with more than 21 years of experience at the Planet Fitness World Headquarters (1999-2020). She has been integral in supporting corporate initiatives, facilitating critical business planning, and driving company growth and expansion. She was promoted through a series of positions throughout her successful tenure, playing an essential role in awarding and opening over 2,000 locations throughout the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Panama, and Australia.

In her most recent role as the VP of Business Development (November 2018-August 2020), Candace was responsible for creating and implementing an international growth strategy as well as leading the domestic Franchise Development Team to optimize existing Area Development territories as well as manage new prospects to drive long-term revenue growth.

Candace has been a business partner in Zor411 since September 2021, when she stepped into the role of COO for the organization. Here, she leverages her experience and knowledge to help carefully selected franchise brands expand their market share and achieve business objectives through thoughtful growth strategies. She stands by the company’s mission to Love, Learn and Live Your Business.

In addition to her work at Planet Fitness and Zor411, Candace has earned her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association (IFA). She has spoken at numerous Conferences, including those hosted by the IFA, to discuss best practices in Franchise Development for emerging Franchise brands.

Candace has also been an Executive Leadership Team Member of the American Heart Association’s (AHA’s) NH Heart Ball since 2020, serving as the Chairwoman for the 2022 and 2023 events.

When not focusing on her role with Zor411 or volunteer work with organizations such as the AHA, she loves to spend as much time as possible outdoors with her husband Steven, and two English Cream Golden Retrievers, Casco and Baylee.

Kory Angelin, COO

Kory Angelin is amongst the leaders in fitness and wellness influencing and has helped the biggest enterprises all over the globe build reliable brands and craft unique customer experiences.

He is an accomplished sales and operations executive with over 25 years of experience in both the fitness and wellness industry. Kory now steps into the Chief Operating Officer role for Zor411 where he will be overseeing the overall growth for The DripBar, one of the fastest growing I.V. Vitamin Therapy franchises in the country.

In his most recent roles, he has helped with the sales and operations strategy growth plan for one of the largest fitness franchises in the world, F45, as well as, acted as the Chief Operating Officer for a new fitness franchise, Volofit by Tough Mudder where he helped launch the brand to a national audience.

Kory also is a featured content contributor for Club Solutions, Club Industry, Fitness Business Insider magazine and Boutique Fitness Solutions and is a sought-after international speaker where he talks about the importance of crafting the ultimate customer experience in the franchise business.

When not focusing on his role as Chief Operating Officer for Zor411, Kory enjoys spending time with his wife Dawn, son Kameron and loving dog, Paris.
